Jiu Jitsu

So I started working with a trainer in a Jiu Jitsu gym, and he is BEASTING me.  The first week I was sore in places I have literally never thought about.  I had no idea I had that many muscles on the inside of my thighs!  Huh!  Learn something new every da-oooowwwww.  Afterwards I try to take a little run but generally I am low on juice.  This is the playlist I made to help.  It’s not going to convince anyone of my indy cred: I mean, I put the fricking Motto on there.  But that’s not the point: it gets my ass MOVING.  Hope it makes you laugh:)
